Co-Facilitator Role Training Course

Train for a Defined Role in Immersive Settings

The Healing Fields Model Co-Facilitation Course prepares therapists, facilitators, guides, educators, and wellness professionals to support participants within retreats and other immersive experiences.

Unlike a modality-based course, this training does not certify participants in a single therapeutic technique. It teaches a structured co-facilitation process and prepares participants for a clearly defined role.

What You Will Learn

Participants learn how to:

  • Support emotional safety and participant grounding
  • Work within clear role boundaries
  • Collaborate with lead facilitators and program teams
  • Recognize when additional support may be needed
  • Follow safeguards, escalation procedures, and referral pathways
  • Support meaningful experiences without turning the program into informal therapy

Role-Based Preparation

The course connects knowledge with practical responsibility. Participants learn not only what supports transformation, but also how to function ethically, consistently, and collaboratively within an immersive program.

Who It Is For

This training may support:

  • Mental health trainees and professionals
  • Retreat and workshop facilitators
  • Guides and experiential educators
  • Wellness and community leaders
  • Organizations developing internal co-facilitation teams

 Couusre

Completion of the course does not independently guarantee placement in an HFF partner program. Co-facilitation opportunities depend on readiness, supervision, program needs, and partnership availability.

Prepare for a role, not a modality.
