HFF partners with universities seeking supervised field experience and practicum opportunities for their students in California. We coordinate with academic programs to align placement responsibilities, learning goals, supervision requirements, and hour classifications. Together, we help emerging professionals connect classroom learning with ethical, real-world practice.

HFF helps retreat and immersive-program teams prepare staff for clearly defined co-facilitation roles. Our role-based training teaches a consistent process for participant support, professional boundaries, safeguards, team communication, and referral pathways. This allows organizations to expand their capacity without relying solely on the founder’s intuition or personal involvement.

HFF provides trained co-facilitators to support retreats, wellness programs, and other immersive experiences in California. Our co-facilitators offer grounded psychosocial support, collaborate with program leaders, and help identify when participants may need additional care. Services are designed to strengthen participant support without turning the experience into informal psychotherapy.

HFF will help mission-driven organizations explore the development of responsible field experience and practicum opportunities. Consulting will focus on role definition, supervision structures, university coordination, documentation, safeguards, and referral procedures. The goal is to help organizations expand their workforce and service capacity through sustainable training partnerships.
